Enhancing the Lives of Seniors and Families with Compassion, Innovation and Excellence

St. Petersburg’s Most Respected Not-for-Profit Provider of Senior Healthcare.

Serving six counties along Florida’s central Gulf Coast, Menorah Life is a not-for-profit senior healthcare organization with an unparalleled legacy of care and excellence. For nearly four decades, our services, programs, healthcare and lifestyles have offered seniors – and their families – much-needed solutions for the many stages of the aging journey.

Shared Values

To us, this is revered work. From our rehabilitation programs to our adult day center to our assisted living residence to our skilled nursing center, everything we do at Menorah Life is guided by Jewish traditions and values: Treat others with honor, dignity and respect while performing daily acts of kindness with compassion and caring.

Shared Compassion

At Menorah Life, we’re known as a compassionate group of people committed to doing what’s right for all those who turn to us for care or services. At heart, we are a servant organization with an unwavering resolve to enhance the lives of seniors while helping families make the most of their time together.

We’re for People,
Not for Profit.

We’re for People, Not-for-Profit

We serve our residents, patients, clients and their famlies, not investors or a larger corporation. Our mission is focused on our residents, patients, clients and their families’ well-being, health, safety, comfort and happiness.

Rooted in Experience. Embracing the Future.

Menorah Life is proud to be a part of the St. Petersburg community. From our roots as a small community nursing home to what we are today, a premier provider of senior healthcare, we’ve been taking care of aging adults more than 40 years. While we’ve grown and evolved to meet community needs, one thing will never change: As long as families need us, Menorah Life will not only continue to set the bar, but we’ll also continue to raise it.

“It’s the people who make the difference. A kind word, a loving gesture, a reassuring glance … that is medicine that heals the soul, and it’s what the team at Menorah Life offers to residents every single day.”

– Daughter of Samson Nursing Center resident

How Can We Help You?

Short-term rehabilitation:
We take care of you so you can take care of yourself.

The greatest difference between short-term rehabilitation and home care is access to a wider variety of care and services. Though various services such as therapy, medication management, and help with activities of daily living are available at home, inpatient short-term rehabilitation offers a more intense, coordinated program of care and around-the-clock nursing services. Families who choose short-term rehabilitation services like those offered in our Renew You® program have the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are safe and their needs are being met. They also don’t have to stress about hiring, scheduling or managing a team of caregivers.

“Thank you for the kind and thoughtful messages of sympathy and prayers from you and your staff for our family in the loss of my husband. The nurses, nursing assistants, therapists and all other staff were knowledgeable and provided care with compassionate hearts. I was especially grateful for their considerate and gentle interaction with my husband. On several occasions despite his unrest and pain he would be smiling as they ministered to him. Their thoughtfulness and empathy to send me a card with personal messages from the staff was comforting. Know that I will ask God’s blessing on all of you for the care you gave him and for the care you give to so many of His vulnerable among us.”

“I wanted to say thank you so much for the care you gave our mother in the last few months of her life. It was such a difficult way of passing but your care and concern let us know that she was in good hands.”

“Menorah Life is the best thing that has happened for my aunt. My son and I and my aunt feel like extended family. Your managers, nurses, cnas and all the people I have met are amazing and caring individuals. Your Doctor and PA have also been incredible. Your Social Worker has done an amazing job bringing another resident, and my Aunt together. They have become great friends. My first visits to see my aunt I was able to convince her to go outside. I was there in June and to my pleasant surprise she went for a drive with me and I took her for breakfast and shopping. She thought we had driven 100 miles to get to breakfast! I just want to say Thank-you to Menorah Life and the 3rd floor staff as she is doing better emotionally now than she has in the last several years. Thank you for being the amazing facility you are and May God Bless You and Keep You all.”

"This note of gratitude is long overdue. I don't think I can fully express how appreciative I am for your kindness and care in dealing with my many inquiries and requests. The entire family was thrilled to know he would be safe and cared for at Menorah Manor in a setting that felt more like his home than a hospital environment."

"There are so few SNF’s and rehabs that I am willing to put our name behind right now and I am so grateful that I had Menorah Life as an option to provide to them."

"It gives me great pleasure to brighten someone's day. Watching our residents come down for a gift, a cup of coffee, and some conversation is wonderful. I see how much our residents enjoy the atmosphere of the gift shop."
