“Thank you for the kind and thoughtful messages of sympathy and prayers from you and your staff for our family in the loss of my husband. The nurses, nursing assistants, therapists and all other staff were knowledgeable and provided care with compassionate hearts. I was especially grateful for their considerate and gentle interaction with my husband. On several occasions despite his unrest and pain he would be smiling as they ministered to him. Their thoughtfulness and empathy to send me a card with personal messages from the staff was comforting. Know that I will ask God’s blessing on all of you for the care you gave him and for the care you give to so many of His vulnerable among us.”

“I wanted to say thank you so much for the care you gave our mother in the last few months of her life. It was such a difficult way of passing but your care and concern let us know that she was in good hands.”

“Menorah Life is the best thing that has happened for my aunt. My son and I and my aunt feel like extended family. Your managers, nurses, cnas and all the people I have met are amazing and caring individuals. Your Doctor and PA have also been incredible. Your Social Worker has done an amazing job bringing another resident, and my Aunt together. They have become great friends. My first visits to see my aunt I was able to convince her to go outside. I was there in June and to my pleasant surprise she went for a drive with me and I took her for breakfast and shopping. She thought we had driven 100 miles to get to breakfast! I just want to say Thank-you to Menorah Life and the 3rd floor staff as she is doing better emotionally now than she has in the last several years. Thank you for being the amazing facility you are and May God Bless You and Keep You all.”

"This note of gratitude is long overdue. I don't think I can fully express how appreciative I am for your kindness and care in dealing with my many inquiries and requests. The entire family was thrilled to know he would be safe and cared for at Menorah Manor in a setting that felt more like his home than a hospital environment."

"It gives me great pleasure to brighten someone's day. Watching our residents come down for a gift, a cup of coffee, and some conversation is wonderful. I see how much our residents enjoy the atmosphere of the gift shop."
