The Samson Nursing Center provides skilled nursing tailored to the interests of our residents. Our mission is to serve residents and their family members with the best care possible while surrounded by a warm, homelike setting.
We focus on person-centered care that is exhibited in all we do, and we believe every resident deserves thorough and attentive care in superior care facilities. In fact, we regularly request feedback through surveys and are proud to say that in our most recent satisfaction survey in January 2020, Samson Nursing Center received a 90% overall satisfaction score.

The nurses, nursing assistants, therapists and all other staff were knowledgeable and provided care with compassionate hearts. I was especially grateful for their considerate and gentle interaction with my husband. On several occasions despite his unrest and pain he would be smiling as they ministered to him. Their thoughtfulness and empathy to send me a card with personal messages from the staff was comforting.
