There’s a better way to get better than trying to recover at home. Our senior rehabilitation services provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy from our dedicated team of over 20 skilled professionals. All this is done in the safety and convenience of our 5-star CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) rated community. The CMS rating indicates the community has achieved the highest “quality rating” from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. So it doesn’t really mean “we are rated highest in the nation.
Renew You® is designed for people recovering from surgery, an illness or an injury when a hospital stay is no longer needed. Our dedicated staff works with clients to build strength, independence, agility and confidence, allowing them to return home quickly. Prior to our clients returning home, our staff visits the client’s home to do a safety evaluation to ensure that the transition goes smoothly from our rehabilitation services.
Our Lasher Family Rehabilitation Center is fully equipped with advanced equipment enabling patients to achieve optimal results. It is conveniently located in the Samson Nursing Center.

Just because you are not at home doesn’t mean you won’t necessarily feel like it. Our senior living staff is kind, and attentive and there help you with your every need. It is a higher quality of care. You will have your choice of beautifully renovated private and semi-private rooms. All rooms have direct-dial phones and great flat-screen TVs with your favorite channels. There are library and computer stations to make your stay enjoyable. You will be able to indulge in Kosher gourmet meals from a wide variety of menu options – everything from Italian to Asian to All-American. And, of course, there is Wi-fi in every room.
